my HP7 pt 1 experience ^^

1 Dec

Ever since they failed to correctly cast Ewan McGregor in the role of Remus Lupin(lol), I have boycotted the Harry Potter movie franchise (for those of you not in the know, that means I stopped watching when movie 3 came out XD)

Hence, my recognition of the characters(especially the newer ones) isn’t great. Additionally, the 7th book didn’t really make that huge an impression on me (I only remember that certain parts of it were excruciatingly boring, but I should add that book7 ranks number 4 if I had to rate the books in the series; the order being 3,1,2,7,6,4,5 I think, with 6,4 & 5 roughly equal in rank).

;D I did think that all the actors cast as Ron’s various brothers were kinda yummy though.

Anyway, due to failed recognition, much of the movie was spent:
“Hey, who was that again?”
to my future housie who would usually reply,
“Err… oh no. I don’t remember.”
(She had read the book too long ago too it seems)

My favourite part of the movie was the beginning, when the delectable Alan Rickman a.k.a. Severus Snape walked into the Malfoy mansion. NAISE. Future housie and I were fangirling together. It seems we both like hot old men >D Teehee. Why was there so little of him in the movie ;_; *moremoremoremoremore*

Other than that, Tom Felton and aforementioned Weasley brothers = ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Emma Watson also provided eye candy teehee.

The girls who screamed at various scenes were funny too (the females in my cinema seemed fairly excitable).
Also, there were a few supposedly “moving/emotional” parts when people giggled ^^

Perhaps I should reread HP7 before I watch part 2 o.o
